Which VPS server to rent
For use on HostGame.eu it is necessary to rent a VPS server with the Linux operating system and the Ubuntu or Debian distribution. It is recommended that you select the latest distributions. If you can choose the type of virtualization, it is recommended to choose KVM.
When ordering a server, options for preinstalling some tools on it (ISPManager, Apache, DNS, ...) can be offered, in which case you need to select a clean server, refusing additions.
The characteristics of the VPS server are very important. Minimal VPS specifications for one game server:

For example, if you want to rent a VPS server and place on it 1 Counter-Strike GO server and 2 Counter-Strike 1.6 servers, in this case the minimal characteristic is:
1GB + 2x0.25GB = 1.5GB RAM;
28GB + 2x2GB = 32GB HDD/SSD.
These characteristics are approximate and depend on the number of installed plugins, maps, WEB site and MySQL server.
Also a very important parameter is the distance to the server, it directly affects ping. Usually, the closer the VPS server is to you, the lower it will have ping.
